Our advisory services cover banking matters in accordance with Shariah law, including but not limited to the drafting and review of standard banking documents. We also draft and review all types of agreements with various clients, such as loan and facility agreements, Murabaha, trading, and Istisna agreements, among others. We have extensive experience representing individuals, institutions, and banks before the Banking Dispute Settlement Committee.
